A VISIT TO JACOB’S WELL IN SAMARIA, ISRAEL

Today was a moment to visit Jacob’s well in Samaria. This well was built by Jacob. This is the place where The Samaritan woman was and she talked to The LORD Jesus Christ who was on His way to Galilee.

The Jacob’s well is still intact today as it was thousands of years ago (Including during the time of The LORD Jesus Christ). Jacob's well is 40 meters deep. Even though a building has been put over it to protect it from Islamic fundamentalists and to secure it, the well has surprisingly and shockingly maintained its original hallmarks. In the past it used to be on an open land, but now a building has been put over it to protect it. We were told that despite many attempts to destroy it, it has withstood the tests of time (including a very devastating earthquake that hit the Samaria area in the 1500s).

We managed to have a sip of the water from the well to quench our thirst, having journeyed all the way from Jerusalem and also having gone to the top of The Samarian Mountain (Mount Gerizim) to pray over the Samarian land and the Samaritan people. At the moment the Samaritan people live here and also Muslim Arabs, plus refugees from other parts of the land of Israel. We prayed that The LORD to move in a supernatural way in each of their lives, in preparation for the latter Day outpour of The Holy Spirit in the nation of Israel. This particular place was also where the Good Samaritan came from.

So even as at today, Jacob’s well still has got water, and one can have a sip from the well. So this is the place that by God’s grace we had an opportunity to visit and pray at and pray for.

While at the Jacob’s well, we prayed and asked The LORD to anoint the place with His power and presence: The anointing of The Holy Spirit, so that as people come into the place The LORD may move very mightily in their heart by cleansing and purifying them. We also prayed that as people drink the water in this place, that The LORD to touch them in a very supernatural way so that they may have the thirst for Repentance, the thirst for Righteousness, the thirst for Holiness, the thirst for Truth and the thirst for Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ in preparing the way for the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ.

We also prayed and asked The LORD to touch His children who will drink from the Jacob’s well, so that they too may receive The Living water He gave the Samaritan woman thousands of years ago.

It is very important to note that in pursuit of something fresh for our life (lives), we need to go to The LORD Jesus Christ to give us the Living water: The water that leads us to eternal life in Heaven. This is the fresh anointing of The Holy Spirit and the washing away of our sins through the Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ.

The LORD Jesus Christ can thus renew anybody regardless of how “messed up” in immorality, evil and wickedness they are in their life. All that one needs to do is to submit and surrender their life (lives) to The LORD Jesus Christ for purification, cleansing, washing and sanctification through The Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins, The Holy Fire from the throne room of Heaven, The anointing of The Holy Spirit and The Word of God (The Holy Bible).

John 4: 1-26 ‘“Therefore, when the Lord knew that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John (though Jesus Himself did not baptize, but His disciples), He left Judea and departed again to Galilee. But He needed to go through Samaria. So He came to a city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the plot of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour. A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.” For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food. Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, “How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans. Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.” The woman said to Him, “Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then do You get that living water? Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?” Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” The woman said to Him, “Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come here to draw.” Jesus said to her, “Go, call your husband, and come here.”  The woman answered and said, “I have no husband.” Jesus said to her, “You have well said, ‘I have no husband,’ for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly.” The woman said to Him, “Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship.” Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.”

Genesis 33: 18-20 ‘“Then Jacob came safely to the city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, when he came from Padan Aram; and he pitched his tent before the city. And he bought the parcel of land, where he had pitched his tent, from the children of Hamor, Shechem’s father, for one hundred pieces of money.  Then he erected an altar there and called it El Elohe Israel.”’

PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE COMING OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IN ABSOLUTE REPENTANCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, HOLINESS, TRUTH AND COMPLETE SURRENDER TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH). TIME IS ABSOLUTELY OVER; THE MESSIAH JESUS CHRIST IS IMMINENTLY COMING TO PICK HIS BRIDE!!!

REPENTANCE PRAYER

Precious Jesus,

I acknowledge today that you are LORD and savior of all mankind,

and today I have recognized my shortfall,

I repent and turn away from all sin.

Please cover me with your precious blood,

and establish your word in my life,

that I may be found in righteousness and holiness

and write my name in your book of life

and baptize me with the power of the Holy Spirit

in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

AMEN.

Shalom!!! Shalom!!! Shalom!!!
